THIS WINTER 2008, WIN 7 DAYS ON CATALINA ISLAND PROMOTION IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY RADIO STATION YOU MAY HAVE HEARD IT ON, OR ANY PUBLICATION YOU MAY HAVE READ ABOUT IT IN.THIS IS A PROMOTION OF JAZZTRAX ONLY. ONE NAME TO WIN THIS PACKAGE FOR 2 PERSONS, WILL BE DRAWN RANDOMLY  BY COMPUTER.

At Valentine's Day 2008 a winner's name will be randomly drawn from all entrants, by computer. JazzTrax will contact winner. Winner&Mac226;s name will be posted on our website.

The prize is non-transferable and must be used by winning person, in time frame as described within the rules of contest.

WINNER MUST BE REACHABLE BY PHONE OR E-MAIL

WHAT WINNER RECEIVES.
1. Round Trip Airfare for 2, from most major airports in the Continental United States. If winner lives outside the United States, or not near a major U.S. airport in the continental U.S., they may still win, but need to transport at their cost, the 2 persons to a major U.S. airport to continue with this winner's package. JazzTrax determines what constitutes a major U.S. airport. JazzTrax determines what constitutes reasonable driving distance to following boat terminals. Airline and shuttle are not provided to anyone living in Southern California OR within reasonable driving distance of Boat Terminals. A Southern California winner will receive $50 towards parking their own vehicle at Catalina Express in Long Beach, Dana Point or San Pedro.

Ground Transportation upon arrival in Avalon is the responsibility of winner. Avalon has full taxi service and all of the town is walkable. Please use luggage with wheels. Hamilton Cove Condo has lots of steps. Winner must be able to handle Lots of Steps. Once winner has taxied themselves to Hamilton Cove, condo does have private golf cart. This Golf Cart is for use only on nights at Hamilton Cove.

Upon departure from Hamilton Cove, golf cart should be filled with gas and left in condo space. Winner provides own taxi transport back to town upon departure from Hamilton Cove and back to boat dock upon week’s departure.
All roads in Avalon and Hamilton Cove are city streets. All laws apply including state alcohol and parking restrictions and seat belts. Any damage to golf cart will be winner’s responsibility. Winner must supply signed waiver and whatever else Catalina Island Vacation Rentals requires to Use golf cart.

2. Winner is responsible for making airline departures, shuttle departures, and boat departures, on time. Any airline delays or boat delays that cause changes in airline, boat, or shuttle, are the personal responsibility of winner.
Being Travel Savvy is necessary. Once JazzTrax sets up this package, any changes, whether caused by winner, weather, or an act of God, are the winner's responsibility to arrange and to pay for. Catalina Island Vacation Rentals is not subject to this contest and not bound. They are there simply to provide normal services to the condo.

3. Round-Trip Boat Transportation on Catalina Express from either Long Beach, San Pedro, or Dana Point.
Departure times are to be based on boat availability and winner's airline arrival and departure times.

4. Avalon Accommodations for 7 Nights.
Winner CAN accept fewer nights in Avalon, but these are FIRM dates, once set, for condo. There can be no variation, except using them for fewer days.

5. Once Winner picks 7 Day Time Period it cannot be changed. Winner cannot call Catalina Island Vacation Rentals to change their stay. Once reserved this time span is taken off the rental market. To then change dates would cost money on a possible other paid reservation.

The condo includes private golf cart for use during winner's stay at Hamilton Cove. Please leave gas tank full upon departure, for next guest's convenience. Gas tank will be full upon winner's arrival. Note golf cart rules above. All legalities apply.

The golf cart cannot be used upon departure to get to boat docks. It must be left in Hamilton Cove parking space at bottom of steps from condo. Upon arrival ask taxi driver to drop off at Very First Steps inside Gate. Then walk
Down to Unit 1-66 with bags. To get to golf cart, go DOWN to bottom of steps from Unit.

Hamilton Cove Condo is Unit 1-66. This is winner's unit. No unit change can be made. This Unit has Lots of Steps, but incredible ocean view. Hamilton Cove amenities include Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, both overlooking ocean. Work-out room and Sauna. Beach and beach barbecues. Volleyball Court, Lighted Tennis Courts, l8 hole putting green.

6. Winner is responsible for all expenses beyond what is listed here.

RULES
WINNER MUST USE HAMILTON COVE CONDO ON SPECIFIED DATES AND MUST PUT DOWN APPLICABLE CREDIT CARD AND FORMS FOR PRIVATE GOLF CART USE WHILE STAYING THERE AND MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES OF HAMILTON COVE AS IF THEY WERE AN ACTUAL RENTOR.

WINNER MUST USE AVALON HOTEL ROOM ON SPECIFIED DATES. THERE IS NO TRANSFER OF DATES. WINNER MUST USE WINNER'S PACKAGE. THIS IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON.

Winner's Winter Week must be used before May 1st and excludes major holidays such as President's Day Weekends and Easter and Easter Week and days this unit is already previously reserved.

WINNER DEFERS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY OR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY BY ACCEPTING THIS WINNER'S PACKAGE. WINNER IS SIMPLY ACCEPTING WHAT IS OFFERED IN THIS WINNER'S PACKAGE, NOTHING LESS, NOTHING MORE. ANYTHING THAT OCCURS BEYOND JAZZTRAX SIMPLY PROVIDING WHAT IS OFFERED IN THIS WINNER'S PACKAGE, IS THE WINNER AND THEIR COMPANION'S RESPONSIBILITY. AIRLINE, SHUTTLE AND BOAT RESERVATIONS ONCE MADE WILL NOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY REASON BY JAZZTRAX. ANY CHANGES ARE THE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER, BOTH TO TAKE CARE OF AND ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT RESULT FROM. BY ACCEPTING WINNER’S PACKAGE, WINNER DEFERS ALL JAZZTRAX LIABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OTHER THAN SPECIFICALLY WHAT HAS BEEN OFFERED ABOVE.

Winner must be 25 years of age or older. Must have legal driver’s license to operate golf cart and insurance.
